Ineos lost that sweetspot. You dont want to be a retirement home like Israel but also not just a farm for other teams like Sunweb. Now they are both.

All good points but Manchester United have been run so poorly by the glazers there is only upside having ineos running the football operations.

Next year they should hard focus on 1 day races. Pidcock to Ardennes. Ganna already was doing well at Roubaix, MSR etc.. with podiums, they could do some damage if they focus away from GT for a season and focus on stage hunting tour, thomas to Vuelta because if Pogacar goes to the giro he has no shot at a win IMO..

On the technical side they seem quite advanced, end of the day grand tours are not the track, it's about having one really strong talent and then the other riders will assemble around.
