Cool details, thanks for sharing. I've been using an overhook instead of that inside grip and hadn't seen the jump to both knees before, will definitely give this version a try.

You can’t in IJF Judo, there is still AAU Judo/freestyle, and traditional Kodokan. Those allow leg attacks.
