Lore: Mickey was stumbling around, feeling depressed as usual. Then he saw him, the one who he left in the shadows, Oswald.
Instead of being angry at Mickey, he comes to make a bargain to get rid of that annoying little kid, they had enough of him. Mickey seems to agree and all of a sudden he gets flashbacks to those few songs, then looks into the syringe in his pocket, knowing what he has to do. Without another word he injects himself with the drug and goes on a rampage.


Moments later

Oswald finds D-Side Boyfriend and begins to rap battle him to catch him off guard, to bide time for Mickey to show up

Oswald: We meet again, for the last time.


Meanwhile:

Mickey continues his rampage looking for that annoying brat when he finally finds the little kid he saw on that faithful day

Mickey: I’m not letting you get away this time, just remember, REAL SUFFERING IS UNKNOWN

Honestly, very underrated. This cover is extremely high quality compared to some others I've seen.

P.S! Possible actual cover name: Duplex Depressione (Latin for Double Depression. It's in Latin because Satan seems to be the main antagonist of the mod, he's the ruler of hell and demons are known to speak latin for some reason)

EDIT: Wait! I just thought of some neat details that could make this cover even cooler than it already is(I won't rule out the possibility that you didn't want to or didn't know how to do these)

1. For the BF solo part, it could have all faded to black and maybe the background would slwoly become the one from Versiculus Iratus (did I spell that right) before cutting back to Oswald
2. When the song gets faster, either Oswald could have done the uh.. The thing that Youtube doesn't like too much when people do, but really who does- and Mickey could have turned to his 6 syringes in hands phase
3. The ending could have switched to normal Mickey and the Hellhole background instead of staying as Insane Mickey and the US(NOT UNITED STATES, YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN BY US >:C) background
