In case you don’t want to waste time and find out the answer immediately, just go to marketplace, and in the search section, search Music, download the free one made by Minecraft and there you go. It’s applied automatically applied to all your worlds and Minecraft itself. This allows you to hear Minecraft music and listen to music discs.

edit: i never found it, my music volume was turned all the way down so i couldn’t hear any music. If you cant find the pack, you should probably check if your music volume is turned down!
