Are you tired of eating all kinds of meat and fish dishes? Then try this stir fry. Not only is it simple to make but it’s so delicious. Use whichever mushrooms you can get if you can’t get Shitake variety .

4 pieces Bok Choi
8 large Brown Mushrooms (thickly sliced)
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Cooking Oil
1 bulb Garlic (minced)
Salt (to taste)
1 Tbsp Seasoning Powder
1 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 Tbsp Cornflour & 2 Tbsp Water (mixed to form a slurry)
