This was yummy! Surprisingly filling after a good amount of chewing. Went to 2 grocery stores and couldn't find kelp noodles so just settled for angel hair rice noodles.

Hi Kristina. Please correct me if I am mistaken, but aren't raw kelp noodles the biproduct of a cooked product? After edible kelp is steamed, the gelatinous left overs are made into the noodles. Please guide me to the right product if I have the wrong. Thank you. I love this recipe and want to try it.
