I think William was never in hell to begin with, after all in the books we learn that he survived the fire but was only kept alive by cassidy, because cassidy wanted to wait until he was ready to let him die. UCN was also said to be hell, but later MatPat said it might be his nightmare while in the hospital. So maybe once he died his soul got trapped into the circuit boards in some way, presumably on the one the glitchtrap from the pizza party, because I'm pretty sure he was put into the last game by the creators, to make light of "children getting killed and stuffed into animatronics". Thats probably why he looks like glitchtrap. But I'm probalby wrong so.. XD
