Anaconda Navigator not opening (Cannot bind ....parameter 'Command' because it is an empty string.)

This video shows a way around if you are no longer able to open the 'Anaconda Navigator' and in your 'Anaconda Powershell prompt' you get the error below :
Invoke-Expression: Cannot bind argument to parameter 'Command' because it is an empty string.
