I watched this on Netflix two nights ago. Today is day 2 of me trying out a vegetarian lifestyle. No eggs or dairy. I've eaten meat all of my life. So far I feel good. This documentary was fantastic!

I watched this documentary about 2, 5 years ago. It made me question where my food came from, what it does to my health, the welfare of the planet and the welfare of animals. Sinds than I have done a lot of research and it send me on a journey to find out what else was hidden out there that I did not know about. I eventually realized that the way we feed ourselves is correlated with a lot of problems we all collectively face : climate change, animal cruelty, chronic diseases, antibiotic resistance, etc....

I have been vegan for about two years now. I don't know anyone personally that is also vegan, except from my little brother who was prepared to listen to me. Going vegan is by far the best choice I have ever made in my life. Thank you very much Kip Andersen and Keegan Kuhn for making this film. It shaped my life in a way I could have never imagined.

I just finished watching "What the Health" ... I loved it ! I've been a meat eater my entire 51 years, after watching this very eye opening documentary Ive decided I'm going to a plant based diet myself. I'm sick of taking 6 prescribed Rx's and making my body sicker and pharmaceutical companies richer, not to mention the in humane way we acquire our meat for consumption. I would recommend everyone to view this documentary.

As a person who has been brought up on Fish, Eggs, Dairy and lover of Meat, I have to say thank you to the people who probably saved my life by making this film. I think it was June 2017 when I watched this documentary on Netflix. I even had a recently purchased Kamado Joe BBQ for chicken and meat which I loved. However, once I had watched this I said to my wife I am going to try this. You see I have had major heart surgery prior and I was now on medication for cholesterol, high blood pressure, and daily aspirin. The doctors only wanted to add more medication rather than set me on a path to change my lifestyle. This was up to me. So I made the decision. I stopped it all. I went strictly plant-based. The results were quick. Each week I would see weight loss and my joints stopped aching from going up and down the stairs. I had lowered everything from cholesterol to blood pressure. I felt better inside and out. This was not a diet but a lifestyle change. Thank you for letting me see the truth that we have all been shielded from. It's life-changing. I strongly urge everyone to see this film and try a plant-based lifestyle for a couple of weeks. The more I learn the more I will never go back to eating animal products. I hope this helps anyone, as this movie has helped me. Now I only grill vegetables.

Great film! My father had triple bypass surgery at only 42 years old despite being thin and fit. He is vegetarian and now 65 yrs old, I've been Vegan for 18 years and my blood and urine tests come back without any issues, perfect! We control our destiny, cut out the silly gene helpless beliefs.

I watched it at the end of December 2017 and on January 01, 2018 I went Vegan. I've lost over 140 lbs and I'm in the best shape of my life. I eat burgers, sausages, cheese, ground, pulled, strips, and everything else I used to eat but ALL plant-based! I don't miss a single thing. Thank you to the rise of Veganism. The new era is now.

I love how they didn't heavily focus on veganism until the end. It gives people a chance to be educated before being told about the benefits that veganism can give them. So good!

I watched this last night. I was a meat eater until I watched it. Never eating meat again.

I watched it after having dinner that involved chicken. I felt sick (not physically, mentally) from knowing what was in it. I'm gonna go vegan now. All I had was bread today because idk what to eat now, but I'm gonna go shopping later for some vegetables, fruits, etc.

Watched this for the first time last night with my mum. She was annoyed when it started becoming anti dairy as she used to be vegan with me but stopped. As of today though she is going to try being vegan again (she’s been veggie for 35 years) and so is my dad who’s a massive meat eater. Convinced him to try it for 2 weeks. I first became vegan in 2016/17 when I was 15

I just watched this very convicting movie today. I've been a Elder Caregiver for 4 years, so I've been watching people taking all kinds of pill and slowing dying. 2 years ago I used to be such a big meat eater. Then last year 2016 I cut out red meat. Then early this year 2017, I cut out all dairy, sugar, and processed food. But now I'm ready to go completely vegan. With each stages of improving my diet, I've felt a little better, but now I can't wait for my body to start feeling 1, 000% better!

17 years old, 260 pounds, never eaten healthy. Drank coke everyday, hooked on hot chips, fast food, meat, etc. This film, and the cruelty of the meat industry persuaded me to become vegan. More than 2 months in, and i feel great, absolutely fantastic. I can start focusing on my weight, i'll always be vegan till the day i die.

I have been cutting down on meat now for almost a week since watching this film. It may not seem like a lot but it's made a major difference to me. I usually eat meat daily without hesitation but lately I've had serious bloating and fatigue which doesn't help since I work and study full time. I've only had meat and dairy twice this week and already feel so much more energised! I wouldn't particularly attribute it to cutting out meat because cutting out meat has forced me to look at other alternatives in fruit veggies and nuts which I barely ate. Hopefully i can improve my health further! Definitely recommend this film
