I think the Lord Hanuman ji photo was there bcuz there was a story -- when Hanumanji tried to save Lord Rama life by not letting him to die(not letting him to go baikunth) but Lord Rama have to die and go to baikunth which was a absolute point or a fixed point which cant be Hanumanji realised that when Lord Rama send him to bring a ring which was fallen in the patal lok.(story like climax of the movie where the Flash realises that his mom's death was a fixed/absolute point or irreversible which cant be changed.

Just a correction, we do have God(s) of speed, 'Marut/Marutas (मरुत गण)', they are sons of Vāyu dev.
Hence Lord Hanuman is also called 'Maruti' and the stanza "Maruta Tulya Vegam" meaning, who have speed equal to that of a Maruta.
Fun fact:-

I think, Lord hanuman was shown there in the movie of flash because Lord hanuman himself in Hindu mythology related to multiverse and time travel story, when Lord ram through his ring in patal lok and Lord hanuman goes to take that ring and from there he was told by naag devta that there are multiple of universe where Lord ram borns again and again and throws his ring in patal where Lord Lord hanuman had already comes multiple times throughout the time yuga cycle for search of ring of Rama.

The fact most of the people are missing about how 'someone' killed Nora inspite of Barry's tomato can scene is... he put the can back up, to the shelf, which meant Nora forgot to buy them and would eventually had to ask her husband to get it from the store... meaning 'someone' could easily have killed her.

Savitr is considered the god of motion in Hinduism. In DC movies/shows they call their Savitr the god of speed instead of the god of motion because I guess it sounds cool and fits the story more aptly because he is a Flash villain and is faster than Flash. I'm not sure about the Savitr being faster part because I only know about him from the CW show and I'm not familiar with the comics.

I Think The Multiversal Conversation Between All The Barry Has Taken Place Multiple Times Before. I Think That Dark Flash Must Have Approached The Original Barry In A Lot Of Different Ways. It Isn't The First Time Dark Flash Knocked Original Barry Out Of The Speed Force Into His Reality. there is a time travel story of lord Hanuman in which lord Ram looses his ring in a crack(which he does it intentionally to let yamraj in his kingdom) so Hanuman shrinks and goes in the crack and enters naglok where the Naga ask him about which Ram has been born, they explain that they have many rings of Ram and before there was a Hanuman before him how has come asking them for the ring, and when Hanuman comes out of naglok ram has already died. the story tells about endless time loop, time dilation and multiple hanuman trying to prevent Ram's death but faling.
