Planet Zoo: South America Pack | Launch Trailer

Welcome five iconic new animals from the South American region to your zoos: the Jaguar, Llama, Capuchin Monkey, Giant Anteater, and the Red-Eyed Tree Frog. Each of these animals come with their own set of needs and habitat requirements, and it will be up to you to keep them healthy and happy in your parks.  

Construct an Aztec temple park entrance, theme your habitats with treasures from civilizations past, or build your very own rainforest and give your zoos a distinct South American style – there are over 250 new building, scenery, and foliage pieces to choose from and get inspired by!

I’d definitely like a few more animals in future packs, even if it takes longer to release and is a little more expensive. 4 animals for a pack named after an entire continent just isn’t enough. I love the animals here, but I’d just like to see more.

People want more animals not because the ones you have released are bad, but because they are so good. That does not change that *people want more animals*. Eight diverse animals per pack would be a number most people would be happy with, I think.

I love this pack but I was disappointed by the small number of animals. I would pay way more for a dlc which included sloths, maned wolves, caiman, parrots. The small number of animals you did put in it are beautifully made though. And given the current situation it would have been difficult to add much more.

I would suggest adding more animals to the packs, maybe instead of 5 we get 7 or 10. Sure, it would be more work, but this is an entire *continent* we’re talking about, so there should’ve been a more diverse range of animals added.

Red Kangaroo
Koala
Southern Cassowary
Platypus
Frilled-necked Lizard

To be fair, the content of the packs is ever so slightly increasing.
Deluxe edition adds three animals and some music and wallpaper

Arctic pack adds four animals and some cunstruction items

South America pack adds five animals and a lot of construction items.

Really amazed at the amount of detail you put into the game. When people love what they do, it shows. I'm not even embarrassed to tell you last week I zoomed in to watch a sleeping hippo for 5 minutes (possibly more!) just because I knew I would never get that close in real life. I was even more shocked when I zoomed in on the exhibit animals. Absolute perfection! I know we fans and players always seem to be so demanding, but like several people have pointed out, we can't wait to see what you do next! I was wondering if fish spawners and aviaries are anywhere on the list of future developments. The fish spawner could be a food enrichment item. I have been watching lets play vids on the Jurasic World games and was impressed with the pterodactyls so I wondered if the same thing could be done with birds. Also wondered if the exhibits could be used as aquariums for a marine dlc. Sorry for the long winded comment, but you guys never disappoint and I'm curious! Thanks again for such a high quality work of art.
