Talk to the homeless in California, ask them where they are from, many of them aren’t from here, they come from out of state because we have services, we have churches that help them and the weather makes camping out not so bad … again ask the homeless where they are from . They come here because it’s easier to be homeless a few miles from a hot meal and shower free everyday . Camping gear, clothes and food provided by churches, hot Saturday breakfast … this is real near where I live .

I am a Hollywood citizen. I spoke to Hugo Soto district 13 office to see what's the plan. They have no plan and they challenge you govern. I told them exactly what you just said and they said. Mayor Bass and their office won't do it. They don't agree with you. The senior in charge of the state safety. I have been trying as a disability veteran to help my community but the leaders internally in Los Angeles have failed and are failing us.
