Backstory: This happened in 2016, the line
"Hoarder of quarters" meant that this woman liked collecting quarters from the street, The woman called a suicide prevention hotline and they put her on hold, The line "Snack time" was because the people who were on the hotline were eating their snacks. When they got back, the woman already killed herself.

FOR people who DONT know, While the official meaning and story of the song has not been confirmed by Jack, the most popular theory about Baby Hotline from most fans is that the song is about a woman calling the suicide hotline, specifically from a payphone, with "baby hotline" being a metaphor for said hotline. The song is being sung from the perspective of both the woman calling said hotline and the responder on the other side of the phone.
Hotline Caller: The beginning of the song portrays the singer wanting to call the hotline and be "close to it", but the responder does not take them seriously with them always getting a flatline and them believing the responder sees them as a "hoarder of quarters" with no "boundary boredom". They continue to be put "on hold" as their line gets "cold". However, they continue to call the hotline and get a response, as heard in spoken dialogue "No, uh, I'll try again". They eventually sing about feeling numb and burning with haste after continuously calling the hotline, and how doing so was eventually just a waste. Verse 4 eventually plays out the woman's mindset as she prepares to commit suicide where she claims she's been "dead", her thinking is "bent", and how she eventually decides to "wrap the troubles" and feels good from doing so and now she doesn't have to stay and think about "it" anymore. The outro seems to be the woman right before her suicide, repeating manically that she hates hoping before the song ends with the phone ringing out. The clapping in the background seems to also represent the end of her life in a similar fashion to how people

As a Jack Stauber fan i can conferm that a woman(Jacks Wife)was on the Suicide Hotline(which is why its named Baby Hotline). The frase "One day i will go back outside and see your okay" means that when jack dies he will hope to see her okay. The frase "Baby flatline" ment that she did kill herself. The frase "Shes a hoarder of quarter's" means that she used quarters to call the hotline on a payphone. The frase " I can insense somebody will die and i hate hoping" means that Jack might have forced her to kill herself so he could make more creepy animations.

Jack Stauber's "Baby Hotline" is a song about seeking comfort and healing in an uncertain world. The narrator struggles with complex emotions such as love, fear, and insecurity, and longs for an escape from the chaos of life. The chorus suggests a sense of acceptance by a higher power and calls for the breaking of negative coping mechanisms, while the pre-chorus references the freedom of hedonistic pursuits. The narrative offers hope that even in a broken and unjust world, peace and solace can eventually be found.

Если вкратце, то вот:
Была история что девушка хотела уйти из жизни и она позвонила в горячую линию и ей сказали подождать, но девушка не подождала и пистолетом вышебла голову и в музыке слышен типа выстрел
