That was the most real overweight speech I’ve ever heard, legit was from the heart.

As someone whos been overweight their entire adult life, I can completely relate to how he feels. It really is a mountain to climb in which I'm always looking up

Dude, I was genuinely surprised by this whole episode. What a seemingly decent guy Luke is!

Love that he can admit this, put on solid 30 pounds or so first year in college. And it really was devastating in a certain sense. But eventually got in great shape, ran the nyc marathon and have never looked back it’s a constant journey. -Luke to Luke!!!

I'm 23 and weigh 158lbs but on my 18th Birthday I weighed 298lbs.

Everyone has heard "If I can do it, you can" But literally.... If I can do it, literally anyone with arms and legs can do it.

If you got the money to hire the best personal trainer in your state, that's even better!

Physical fitness isn’t something that is conquered. It’s a day-to-day grind. You never reach the top of the mountain and say, “I did it.” There are good days, bad days, setbacks, injuries. You’re constantly having to fight.

Right on brother. Was 351 at my heaviest, now down to 314.2. It’s so able man. Just takes discipline and patience. Got 64 more pounds to go!

I was obese my entire life. Always been the biggest kid in class. 6’5” since I was 17. Weight went from 230 in the 8th grade to 385 at 28 years old. I said “enough” and started a calorie tracking app. 2 years later in 6’5” and weight 250. Still overweight but I slacked through the winter and went to ride my bike for the first time the other day and did 10 miles. Was proud of myself because 385 lb me would have died.
