Rina absolutely at T0.5 - you forgot to mention she also works in a Jane/Grace/Rina comp. That's the OG Rina comp 😎🔥

Neko is REALLY good with her M1 and signature engine, it makes her significantly stronger. I S ranked the new shiyu defense with her even without physical weakness.

But being in the same tier as billy even at M0 is a little harsh lol

Anomaly has Burnice. Meanwhile, the best support you can have for Crit DPS is Soukaku, Lucy, & Nicole. I could count Rina, but the only Crit DPS she's carrying is Anton.

I feel like people put way too much stock and not enough critical though into tier lists and stuff. Everyone doomposting cause Ellen and Zhu are down HALF a tier are so annoying to me.

Look hard enough and you'll find people S-rank clearing with all of these characters. The tier list AT BEST tells you how much investment or effort you'll need to put in.

I really agree with your opinion on S11, i basically swept this whole shiyu 1-7, all S rank with only 2 teams, S11/caesar/lucy and jane/seth/burnice

soldier 11's dodge counter also has ridiculously dmg high modifiers for how fast it is. Against unstunned enemies that attack very quickly she does so much damage just from dodge countering

But does Neko really need to be Billy? She does so much more dmg than him, but yes not as good as Soldier but still

Seth is so underrated still. He does so many things.

1) Provides an actually very effective shield (you have to invest in him to get enough from it, but then it makes your team invincible).
2) Provides a rather effective anomaly proc at a fairly decent rate. In my testing, he does more anomaly damage than Piper (a dedicated anomaly), but a bit slower and is very reliant on his EX charge. His disorder contribution is very close to a 4star anomaly unit.
3) Provides support buffs, mostly for anomaly.
4) Provides daze. When paired with an onfielder and cycling to him for def assists, he builds stuns at the level of a 4star stunner.
5) His damage multipliers are nothing to laugh at either - especially at m6.

Like I get that nothing he does is at a 5star level but he doesn't need to. He's easily T0.5. Just people are mistakenly basing his use case exclusively on how he works with Jane and there are actually a lot of reasons why he doesn't play to his full extent with Jane. He works much better with burnice or piper.

Couldn’t S rank the last shiyu defence until i build up Rina. Still unsure what she does tbh but the run i did with zhuyuan qinyi and her felt smooth.
