Tenía el mismo problema, pero lo solucioné de otra forma, fui al panel de control de NVIDIA ＞Ajustar el tamaño y la posición del escritorio. Aquí cambié el modo de ajuste de escala a "Pantalla Completa" (antes estuvo en Relación de aspecto).
