Genesis Headlight and DRL Replacement

Hey guys this is a quick video on how to replace the headlight and day time running lights bulbs on a first generation Hyundai Genesis sedan.

I've never had to replace a single light bulb in my 2012 Genesis 3.8 with 212 000 kms until now. This has given me the confidence to do it myself. However, I think I have other issues with multiple things happening at the same time. I have three dash lights lit up (ESC, Brakes, and Airbag) as well as several lights not working in the front assembly (Drivers side: signal light, DRL, high beam and LED strip. Passenger side: Low beam). I've checked all pertinent fuses and all are OK. Strangely, my OBDII scanner will not connect either. But your video helps.

DLR bulbs for 2009-2014 Genny are 9005. There are many LED bulbs that can replace a common 9005.

Thanks for the video-I have a 2012 Genny sedan 3.8 and the DRLs do not come on anyamore. the high beams work fine but the drls no longer work after getting some work done last Summer at the dealer. I'm starting to think it is something they didn't hook back up or a fuse but I can't locate the DRL fuse/relay. Any suggestions? Thanks again for everything.

Did yours have those factory HID bulbs in there b4? My 2012 im pretty sure does, if so what bulb size did u replace it with?
