I've had arthritis in my knees and spine since being a kid and it's travelled around my body, at 9 I was given walking sticks, but I would never give in. I was in county hockey teams, competed in schools national athletics and trained as a fitness instructor until my body stopped me but I never give in. I currently do lives walking the hills, woodlands and rivers and that although I struggle to move by evening us two fingers to my disease. It helps me a lot mentally. I'm stubborn and refuse to be beaten and for now I'm winning :)

Hey Doc, very good concert I will subscribe.
I went to my orthopedic because I was having a sharp pain on the medial side of my knee. He did x-rays and MRI, and said I look like I have a healthy me and he’s not sure what it is. So I immediately went for a second opinion, and that orthopedic said, I have articular cartilage damage .

Why on earth did my first doctor not tell me that when he’s looking at the MRI, xray and the report and it says articular damage right on the report?
