CARROT TOP PESTO 🥕🌱🍝

Ingredients:
1 cup carrot top leaves (washed + removed from stem)
1 cup fresh basil
1/3 cup cashews (sub pine nuts, sunflower seeds, or walnuts)
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1 clove of garlic (measure with your heart)
1/3 cup water
Salt & pepper to taste
BLEND and enjoy over pasta, on sandwiches, as a dip, or however you like 🥰
