Ingredients:
1 very thick slice of brioche bread
1 mini Kinder bar
1 large egg
40ml milk
½tsp vanilla
A small knob of butter
Icing sugar for dusting

1) Carefully use a knife to make a small pocket on top of the brioche slice.

2) Cut the mini Kinder bar in half and push both halves into the pocket.

3) In a large bowl whisk together the egg, milk and vanilla until combined.

4) Dunk the bread into the mix on each side until it has soaked most of it up.

5) Melt some butter in a pan, then toast the bread until each side is golden brown.

6) Dust with icing sugar.

7) Enjoy!

Butter any kind (melted)
Put the melted butter on the pan
Put the toast with the kinder inside on the pan for a few minutes
Flip and on the same thing
Put powdered sugar on top for extra sweetening
Enjoy!
