had to be air evac out of my small town to Wichita Falls, Texas because of renal failure.My creatin level was 19. I had the best ICU nurses! My main ICU nurse called me ladybug every time I did something on my own...I'm so excited cause at the end of the month I get to see them. I have a new respect for all of the nurses out there!! Love from Oklahoma!!

Pls I am an international nurse who want to practice nursing in USA .
I find it difficult to choose a state in USA to register with an write my nclex certification exam .
I am interested in working in both California and Washington state , but I was told California is too expensive and high tax .
Now I'm highly interested in Washington state hope is going to be a right choice for me . I learned Washington do not have state tax and is not as expensive as California .
I want a state that I would be able to save money .
