Kajal Tehri जी Delhi University में English Department की Lecturer हैं और PSSM से जुडी हुई हैं, उन्होंने साल 2017 में Meditation करना शुरू किया और 2021 में उनकी Life ने एक Turning Point लिया। जिसके बाद उन्हें Dhyan Karne Se Hoga Kya book लिखने का Motivation मिला और उन्होंने इस Book को लिखा।

Meri kalam के इस खास Episode में Kajal Tehri जी ने Meditation और इसके Benefits के बारे में बात की है, इसके अलावा उन्होंने Karma और उसके Impact के बारे में बात की है, उन्होंने Karma के Impact को समझाते हुए हमें बताया कि कैसे एक इंसान अपने कर्मों से अपना Karmic Account बनाता है और उसे अच्छे कर्मों और Meditation (sadhna) के जरिए उसे Clean कर सकता है।
