I agree with all the commentators here, learning grammar is a lot funnier and easier reading Claire's Diary. Even though I'm not a fan of such melodramas, but I loved this one. It's like a full book, you're immersing yourself in the fascinating world of Claire's feelings and dreams. No doubt it's perfect.

I traveled by plane a long time ago . Our flight was from Zaporizhzhia to Mineral Water (back to our city, we were returning by plane too) . There were some border guards in the airport . They just kept order . At that time, no one examined our luggage . We just put it in the try and that's all . I remember the feeling of euphoria when the plane picked up speed while taking off . There were skiing, hike through the winter forest and other adventures ahead of us .Nothing worried us . We were too young and just enjoyed ourselves .

1. No, I have never travelled by plane, unfortunately, but it's still ahead of me and I can imagine what would I do
If I'm going somewhere, I would pass the security check the same way as Claire
When I'm going somewhere, I will check online, it's a lot easier, I guess. You already must pass many other checks, so if something is possible to do without your leaving home, why not
I really hope that I won't have troubles passing security check or passport control because it makes me nervous and being nervous is definitely not what is needed to do when you're going to fly
Yes, but in the interpretation of our language I heard when people said that collocation when perhaps a girl is in love with a boy and when she see him, she gets butterflies in her stomach
But English people interpret this collocation like waiting for something exciting with anticipation.
Фух, просто очень люблю отвечать на вопросы, очень хорошая практика, поэтому пришлось придумывать))) спасибо вам за урок большое!!!

Well, I've travelled by plane twice. I passed the security check and it was even more strict than in the novel. That was a true madness with a plenty of radioactive devices. I checked in the airport. Several hours on feet at night was a kind of torture for me. I didn't have any troubles passing security check or passport control, but the line seemed endless to me. Of course, I've heard the expression about butterflies in different movies. I experienced this feeling but definitely not in case of night flight.

2. Yes, it was totally the same procedures.
3. All times I had to travel by plane, I've checked in online.
4. No, I've never had such troubles.
5. Yes, I did. It basically means that a person who "has butterflies in his stomach" is very excited and looking forward to something.

1. Yes, I have traveled by plane a lot. Even this year I've already traveled 4 times.
2. I passed security checks many times, but if I have an economy class ticket I prefer not to check-in online. There might be possibility to be seated better.
3. But sometimes I check-in online too.
4. I always have to unpack and show my one-day lens packs to get through security.
5. I've heard this phrase. It means that feeling when you're a little bit nervous but also eager and inspired at the same time.

I also love watching as airplanes landed when I wait for boarding sitting in departure zone and every time I feel calm and good mood expecting of new impressions, though I am still afraid a little but I fight with my fear

1 Yes, of course i passed security check in a airport a lot of time but I had to take off my shoes only one time. Now they don't demand it.
2 Usually i do it in the airport
3 Sometimes I had to leave some stuff in a security check in. For example when I flyed from Vladicaucaus to Moscow last year I left my bottle of wine because it was forbidden to take it to salon of the plane.
4 I feeling it every time when I going to a new travel. Expecially when i located on a railway station or in an airport and think how many different interesting things i'll see ahead.
