why is the denomintors not 3(1-X)(2X+1)^3 for question 5

For number 2 I managed to get -13/6x would that be accepted, because I factorised 2x^2 -15x then took 2x away from -15x and then got -13x then I factorised it out and got -13x^2 and then I got rid of the excess x's. Would that still be accepted?
