Why is AEP now charging delivery fees if the energy my panels are producing are coming from my home? I understand that the extra energy feeds back into the system but AEP is changing the rules to benefit them.

Rhythm is crap now!! Earned credit per month is less or equal to kWh imported( like Green mountain and Reliant). MP2 wipes out your credit at the end of the year. Octopus would have been ok without the monthly subscription fee. All the June rates for all the ERP's suck. Pulse energy is the best of the worst..
