Surface 604 Big Sky Review - $2.2k
Показать описание
The Surface 604 Big Sky is a zippy cruiser electric bike with mounting options for fenders and a rear rack. Ships as Class 2 with responsive torque sensing pedal assist and a trigger throttle that overrides all five levels with 100% power. Can unlock higher top speeds as Class 3 if you wish. This is the high-step larger frame, but Surface 604 also sells the smaller Sunny Day mid-step. Default battery is 48v 12ah, but they also sell a 14ah and 20ah pack for extended range. Beautiful color display panel with USB charging port below, second USB port built into the side of the battery pack. Great 9-speed Shimano Alivio with wide 11-36 tooth cassette. Powerful 180mm Tektro hydraulic disc brakes with adjustable reach levers. Has mounting points for adding fenders and a rear rack if you wish, but no bottle cage mount. Pre-wired for use with an integrated headlight and tail light that blinks when you brake, rear light mounts to the optional rear rack. Light colored frame and reflective tires improve safety when riding in low light conditions. Oversized saddle and handlebar create upright body position, add comfort. No suspension fork, but you could lower tire pressure and add suspension seat post. Includes a basic 2 amp charger, but S604 does sell a 4 amp fast charger. Battery charge port is low near the left crank arm, pedal assist can activate unexpectedly if the chain bounces excessively.
