Custom Object Import 5.0 - Add Relationship (Lookup) Fields

The Salesforce Object Creator can't build Relationship fields like Lookups to other Objects for Contacts and Programs. We add several to show how they are displayed in the Page Layout and when added as Related Lists to referenced Objects.
