Being that mosasaurs are thought to be related to monitors, which are some of the most intelligent reptiles, I think big mosasaurs would have been relatively "smart". If you occupy a top level predator niche you often need a decent amount of smarts.

Mosasaurus Hoffmanni maxed out, at minimum 10.3 Tons and 12.6 Meters. That is not even mentioning the more fragmentary quadrate which, while not something I suggest to use, could be around 16 Tons and 14.5 Meters.

Even ignoring that the more complete larger specimens of Tylosaurus like “Bonker” could reach lengths of up to 15 Meters and weighs well exceeding 15 Tons most likely.

I don’t believe dienosuchus has a 100, 000+ newton bite force. T. rex on the higher estimates has a 65, 000 newton bite force

It was 17 meters and smart as hell it was a ambush predator and waited patiently for its prey and wieghed 17.6 tons

There is evidence that Mosasaurus would ambush its victims with a ramming attack, stunning them first. Thats probably partially why they developed the ability for such bursts of speed.
