Expectable manipulation from CNBC: at the very beginning of the video we see actual footage from Moscow (a little dent on 25th floor of a high rise residential building), much more extensive damage we see next is not from Moscow, it's either from Ukraine (most likely) or from Donbass. Correct me if I'm wrong.
