Maybe my comment is off topic but there is some website that can help to migrate from one video platform to another, my best one is Transferring-Videos and it let you transfer videos one by one or in bulk. so if you want to extend your channel to YouTube, Vimeo and other you can use it

You can run a website on your own and host your own videos and make money using wordpress on your own self hosted website of your content
if your host your own content share your content from your site and you have your own pre roll ads using Brid Video and some other ones too hope you don't mind we saying this .. I like how natural you gus are and great content if you think anything is free its not people it depends your mindset on branding and being just another channel on youtube i can say this because i built my own website to host small to large channels and guess what it worked out of respect for the hard work and effort of any channel owner i will not post the link but just wanted to comment here because it is about perception it takes money to make money!

I'm using JULBUL tool to get the same Wistia/Vimeo player layout for my YouTube embed videos. So I thinks there's no need to waste time/money on other platforms.
