Two whole organic apples (thoroughly washed and seeds removed)
The juice of half of a lemon
Saigon Cinnamon to taste
Dates (I use 3-6 depending on the sweetness of the apple)

This is great! I've been making apple sauce with boiled apples and I just learned that this causes them to lose some of the nutrients like fiber. Raw apples is definitely the way to go

Personally, it was making applesauce for a baby, I wouldn't want to put anything but apples in it...

Soaked pitted dates would be a better sweetener for this baby food then raw honey!
