Ingredients:

1 tablespoon spring onion (white part only), finely chopped
2 green chillies, finely chopped
1½ tablespoons lime juice
1 teaspoon salt or to taste
2¼ cups pomegranate seeds from about 4 pomegranates (800 grams)
300 grams cucumber, peeled and cut into ¾-inch cubes
1 cup thick yogurt, (240 ml) hung if watery, whisked well
½ teaspoon black pepper powder
¾ teaspoon roasted cumin powder
1 tablespoon mint leaves, finely chopped
1 tablespoon coriander leaves, finely chopped
¾ cup California Walnut kernels, toasted
