I am a ukrainian and that map is way off. Russian-speaking DOES NOT MEAN pro-Russia. Kharkiv (90% russian-speaking, many ethnic russians) refused to surrender and civilians came out protesting and stopping tanks. Russian language is really a leftover from USSR in Ukraine that would have been gone in the next 10-20 years. I speak russian predominantly myself.
