Garou is probably one of the most interestingly written characters in anime I've seen. Respect to the kid who asked questions and didn't just blindly follow along with what everyone else did, even if he was bullied and isolated for it.

bro, this scene shows how much of a badass this guy is, he fought a group of A and B heroes, while recovering from Saitama's kick that probably broke most of his bones and ripped some of his muscles. Then after defeating that group, he fought against 2 S rank and the master who could be a S rank, all of that under effect of the poison from the arrows, a shot in the leg and some other injures left by the previous group.

2:38 is a goofy image but the feeling I get from it is that do or die mentality. If he lets up focus for one second he will die. But he remains focused because his life depends on it. His eyes dread the experience but he must gather all his will to bear the pain, and endure.

Garuo is the most tragic and interesting character of One Punch Man, nobody loved him and yet he still tried to do good at the cost of losing everything. He wanted so much to be the hero, he became the villain.
