As someone who served at Yokosuka Joint Naval Station for 3 years (2016 - 2020), I would take out a loan and buy this in a heartbeat... If I can figure out how to stay in Japan.

Yoooo I used to live across from it!!! over the little hill following the road from Anjinzuka station. the previous guy that lived there always had lights on its balcony and it looked really nice at night specially during the winter. the only problem like he said is that there was no parking space. also can you review the house on the top of the road from anjinzuka station. it was really nice. it looked to me like a small fortress. its the squared black one right at the top of the road from the station. also theres a nice small pasta restaurant outside the station lol

There is a retaining wall. Risk of landslide. A building inspection report highly recommended. It could be a non-rebuildable too.

Yes just build a driveway and garage and your set

Shu, Hello. I like one. How far is the parking lot? How high up would I have to get to the house? I could possibly trade.

Could you build a new house on the land, then demolish the existing house, and build two new houses? Then you'd have 3 houses to rent.

90 square metres is less than 1000 feet. You call that spacious?

nope, no way. parking is a necessity and that's why it's so cheap. if you sell it, you'll never get your money back.

Sorry, but even tought its cheap, does anybody think about the massive destructive earthquake will happen in the next 10 years? I DONT see Japan a nice place for house investments. The tsunami could happen any time. Too risky investment
