Shadow the Hedgehog is Ironically Hilarious

I don't care what anyone says, this game is great.

One weird thing about this game is Shadow has amnesia since SA2 and doesn’t know who he is and that’s driving the whole plot. But all the other characters who were in SA2 know exactly who he was and could easily just tell him but are content just watching him have this existential crisis right in front of them while they go on their merry adventure.

Funnily enough, some of the hilariously edgy lines weren't in or altered from the original Japanese script, I kid you not. For example, Shadow says "Where's the fourth Chaos Emerald?" instead of "Where's that damn FOURTH Chaos Emerald?" Also, rather than saying "This is like taking candy from a baby" he instead calls Sonic and Tails fools for exposing the emerald to him. Regardless, I can't help but love the dumb edgier lines in the English version, they never fail to put a smile on my face

1:26 I love this whole exchange of two goofy-looking cartoon animals next to an edgy-looking demon-thing. The super generic "You are part of me." line is followed by seconds of awkward silence just to be broken by Vector's dumb voice, and Shadow is standing there not registering anything.
