If you're using sanctions rather than boots on the ground, you have to go MUCH further. The assets of 8 Oligarchs isn't nearly enough. They should freeze the assets of all of them, not just those close to Putin, putting a pinch on the Russian economy as a whole, dropping the Ruble not just to 60-70% its previous value, but down below 40%.
