I work at a studio full time as a video editor/motion graphics editor and just recently got a 5820. Slightly different config w2295, 2080ti, twin nvme drives(one for OS/software, one for cache/source footage), 128gig of ram. It's absolutely worth the money to the studio. The amount of extra work I can produce rather than sitting around losing a half day of work to rendering is worth it to them. They could buy a beast machine and get more work out of me. Or pay me my salary to sit around watching render bars. When I asked for a new system they just said yes immediately.
At home is a $10k pc worth it for personal projects. Absolutely not. When I was working freelance would it be worth it? Still probably not. But working at a studio where I never run out of work and its a constant battle to not fall behind for sure.

Intel CPU in 2020 is a huge financial mistake... Also you can build your PC without issues.. no crashes whatsoever
