based on the new sonic game "Sonic Frontiers"

in the original game Tails, Knuckles and Amy gather around Sonic and used "Power of Friendship" and fully cured him. But what if it ended in a different way? what if the Cyber Corruption Sonic is a new Boss fight or a new form?

Imagine a boss fight in a sonic heroes style where you can switch to Amy tails or knuckles and you have to fight Cyber Sonic?

Man imagine, from the beginning of the game, you leveled up Sonic, obtain abilities, you became stronger...
And now... the entity named "The End"
Have taken control of Sonic.
A full powered up Sonic... all the abilities that you unlocked throughout this journey that helped you fight strong foes, is now turning against you.

What a terrifying boss fight that would be.
A fully powered Sonic, against 3 if not 5
(Tails, Amy, Knuckles, Eggman, Sage).

This is honestly more terrifying than most things out of Sonic creepypasta. The End taking control of Sonic is like The One Below All controlling The Hulk in Marvel Comics

Heres some tips to take down Cyber Sonic on your Extreme Playthrough.

Make sure you use Amy's Piko Shield sparingly, it only has limited uses until its cool down begins.

Knuckles can also break some of Cyber Sonic's attacks and even counter him! But he will be tired after each counter.

Tails can use his devices to gain a temp boost. Allowing for better flight or damage output. His devices will be on cooldown after each use.


Eggman can use his eggmobile to dodge the huge AOE attacks that Cyber Sonic does, he can also charge up a laser to deal massive damage if you countered Cyber Sonic using Knuckles.

We will never ever get a storyline like this, due to Sega's dictation that Sonic can never lose a fight.

Man if a boss card popped up mid-cutscene that would have been totally nuts. I doubt the boss would use normal gameplay, given the budget it'd probably be a shooter section with Sage and/or the Eggmobile. But this still would have been cool

this is like the complete opposite/darker take of the same idea that i had, my version takes place in the end battle and instead of sage sacrificing herself by crashing into the moon, she ejects herself and gives up her physical form to empower sonic like his friends did to revive him and he receives a new super form that i also called "Cyber Sonic". but the difference is that sage cant come back and forever lives on only inside sonics memories. which i think would be a cool message since the game revolved around memories and stuff.

Honestly when i first saw the trailer with sonic's arm getting corrupted, this is almost exactly what i thought was going to happen in the game

This. This is exactly what I had hoped the third act to be before the game came out. Sonic gets consumed by the cyber corruption, and you have to fight as knuckles, tails and amy against the very thing that has been casually tossing titans all day.

This is what they’ve should’ve done or at least something similar. Such a shame that Sonic’s cyber corruption was resolved mere moments after he was fully consumed via the power of friendship.

I imagine "the end"knowing that sonic its connected to the master emerald as the mural in hidden palace says, and just mskes him go hyper out of nowhere, withouth any emeralds, the end is a god, imagine him by his god powers forcing a corruped hyper form withouth the emeralds or the master emerald

Sega has 0 Balls for that bs Ending. ESPECIALLY the fact, they had 6 years for this.

Sonic should've been the final boss as it would've been more meaningful.

Especially how his friends in the story contemplate of fighting for themselves in future.

And what better way to Eat your words than face the guy who's Shadow you're trying to escape???
