I remember switching jobs at one point and having to readjust to the situation around me to make more money . This song helped me get through some dark, tough times, when I felt alone, destitute, and hopeless. I was in the process of buying a home and didn't know if I would make it through at the new job . To sum everything up, I would play this song every morning before work just to remind me of how good god still is. I ended up getting that home and finding a much better job that paid twice as much just by having faith and holding on to my prayers and faith .

3:28 I remember when I was very young at the age 3 or 4 years old my mom would tell us to sit down and watch tv while she went to the bathroom and pray. She would come out calling on Jesus, tears in her eyes, lay hands on me and my younger brother and say lord bless my children and don't let them go astray. As Willie said, I couldn't understand what she was talking about. He described exactly to the tee my mom praying. Brings tears to my eyes every time I hear this song.

I was so young when the key note made a double album and this is one of my favorite songs on this album because when I was a young girl sometimes late at night I used to hear my mama crying and praying to God to bless and keep her kids safe.
