Carnivore Food Shopping! Day 56 on The Carnivore Diet. #carnivore #food

Carnivore shopping list today was.. Lots of eggs, bacon, beef steaks, pork steaks, chicken, frankfurters, sausages and corned beef from the supermarket. This will last me a few days. Also bought some calf liver and 2 big ribeye steaks from the butchers.

Hiya, just a tip for you. It’s an absolute minefield shopping for carnivore friendly foods. Just wanted to make you aware that those sausages contain wheat flour, various other fillers, sugar and sunflower oil. Obviously it’s still better than the standard western crap but just wanted to give you a heads up. Seed oils are really inflammatory. I haven’t been able to find any sausages that don’t contain sugar and crap so far. Well done on your journey so far. I’m enjoying your videos 👍

Well done, don't forget to check those scratchings ingredients list, we're making our own as to store scratchings they add all sorts of dextrose, and sometimes soy protein 🤦🏻

Check the sausages and frankfurters for carbs. A lot have oats in them. Keep it up. I just passed my carnivore anniversary. 1 year in and not had a single cheat 💪.

I'm off the 'smoked' stuff, don't trust what they are using for the smoke flavour, also I prefer lamb liver, not as heavy as calf/beef imo. I also don't tolerate the filler they use in the sausages now a days, find I'm doing much better on just mince and meat.

You wanna be careful with those pork scratchings, they have an awful ingredient list, been impossible for me to find any in my local stores that don't contain MSG, Dextrose or Seed Oils. Hate the fact that they can't just fry them in their own fat without adding shitting ingredients.
