You absolutely nailed one aspect of reducing motion sickness in vr. Raising the sensitivity settings to near max in most occasions. Our brains are more used to rapid acceleration when it come to lateral movement, so slower turn speeds can be nauseating. By cranking up camera sensitivity, we can move as fast and as far as we need to (as much as the game allows.). Just know when to let off of the sticks.

I've heard ginger helps with VR sickness. The good news is; it goes away the more you play VR.

Man, I feel dizzy using the Xbox when I'm coming up off of a planet and trying to swing around space stations to hit the entrance. I know in VR I'd be sick as a dog.

My problem is how to charge shields and transferring power systems…any ideas?
