Article 19 Liberty, Liberty, equality, fraternity taken from French constitution, justice is taken from russian constitution, socialism and secularism was actually not in intital constitution later added by 42nd amendment in 1976, also fraternity too. Permeable is not a part of constitution initially, but by kesavandha bharathi case 1973, it was part of constitution.premeable cannot be ammended initially but again said that it can be ammended.
