National Park Service expands closure of Buxton Beach

Rangers with Cape Hatteras National Seashore found more petroleum at Buxton Beach, leading to an expansion of the beach closure there. This comes about a year after the first closure there related to an abandoned military site. The closure now extends about a half mile.
