Drop Cheek Elbow in ShipConstructor 2017 R1.1

In ShipConstructor 2017 R1.1, we continued with the ongoing enhancements to the HVAC product. Following an earlier introduction of the cap and bellmouth stocks, we added support for the drop-cheek elbow type in the latest release.
