RAF Mountain Rescue Service

Our recent YouGov survey found 69% of people in the UK have little idea what the military actually do despite 80% agreeing that serving personnel make a valuable contribution to society.

The RAF mountain rescue assist civilian agencies and the civilian mountain rescue. In 2018 the RAF mountain rescue service assisted 108 civilians.

I went to this in the science centre Glasgow 2018 and saw a member who spoke the same language and gave me a card I felt special and safe about my country that he protects Afghanistan thank you for me be in the plane or chopper what ever it was called no hate
