Hello! As an adult who has had eczema since i was a little girl, i understand your struggles. As I've gotten older I've found that for me (not everyone) staying hydrated really helps my eczema and having too much milk & dairy causes it to get worse.

awww I love that she loves savory over sweet! yayyyy

The shop looks like just the right size! The kitty was cute too!

As always, thank you for sharing your journey and what you're eating.

about me: I've lost 180lbs through a meat focused carb sober way of eating. I've healed a LOT of things. I heard about you from one of my followers and i LOVE watching you. You have such a calming voice and presence and since I'm not a mom, it's so fascinating to see how a mom eats and is healing herself and eating while raising little ones.

Don't worry about posting old content, the more you post things the happier and more connected we will feel.

Have a fabulous day!!

i love seeing your journey and a new video reminds me to go back and look at your others. i'm one of those people that keeps trying keto and meat-based and then not feeling well and adding in more carbs (not junk food) but not losing weight. back and forth and i'm back trying meat primarily so i guess that's why your video came up. i would love to have a resource like your local farm but yes the $$ for quality is difficult. sad that our regular stores have meats pumped with solutions and fed soy and junk. you reminded me i have liver in the freezer so will have that with some eggs in a bit. i'm 277 pounds down about 5 pounds so far and have been like this most of my life. definitely have metabolic problems and thyroid too. thanks for encouraging me. yes we have to keep switching the diet around to make it work and not give up. glad your daughter loves the liver. at least you can feel glad to give her such a healthy food.
