My brother gave me one of these for my birthday. Of all the gizmos I've used over the years, this is by far the best. Clever design and quality execution. Super simple to use. i received mine yesterday and for some reason when i plug the powerpack to the wall, i can't tell if it's charging the actual pack or not. the number seems to stay the same and not blinking. can someone help me how to fix this issue or am i doing something wrong?

Just wondering, for your guys that got this with you. Does PD Fast Charge work? I have a feeling that mine one might has some defects or the spec might not right

My own PD charger 18W VS SnapWireless PowerPack Universal 20W. Charging iPhone 15 Pro Max with 5 mins timeframe. My PD charger increased 7% while SnapWireless’s one increased only 3%. I don’t think this is PD

When using the power adaptors, the unit is turned upside. The power button and LED display are now underneath and not visible? How do you know when it’s fully charged?

I just got mine. I think the cables should be longer, like a retractable so you can pull it out & use it more easily. Hmmmm. Still deciding whether it was worth the money.
