HRC55 | Gaza: UN Human Rights Council Calls on States to Stop Selling, Transferring Arms to Israel

In a vote taken on 5 April 2024, the United Nations Human Rights Council adopted draft resolution A/HRC/55/L.30 on the "Human rights situation in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem, and the obligation to ensure accountability and justice."

Israel uses the same strategy towards Unrwa as that used towards Palestinians in occupied territory, preventive arrest and arbitrary detention without presumption of innocence, denial of the fundamental freedom of justice not to be imprisoned without trial.
Israel is not a legal society, it practices extrajudicial executions of targeted assassinations, a practice that their supreme court has deemed admissible. This is exactly what she is doing with Unrwa.
And, it is surprising that certain actors in the Western world follow in this direction of denial of justice.

Hearing stories from Indonesian volunteers who are currently serving as health workers in Gaza really breaks my heart as a human being. Israel treats living humans very lowly, even those who are already in insiden the grave they treat with very inhumaneness and respect. Imagine if you and your family were in the position of the Palestinian people today... I can't imagine the pain the Palestinian people will feel after this war. Israel has clearly committed war crimes. GENOCIDE cannot be allowed to go unpunished, everyone must be held accountable according to international law.
