Although, I follow blindly your steps one by one I couldn't get it work. I tried to retrieve the MAC address of my pc but I couldn't with WMI. Have you any idea why isn't working?

Well, thanks, but... Starting the service is trivial. Enabling its use by setting up permissions is complex. Your video is nice but it misses the mark.
